We’d love for you to join us on-site and settle into the rhythm of the weekend. Staying at Kingsford allows you to fully experience everything we have planned; no travel, no logistics, just time to slow down, connect, and celebrate alongside us.

From the moment you arrive, everything is taken care of. All food and beverage across the weekend has been thoughtfully planned so you can simply enjoy.

Getting to Kingsford

A return coach transfer will be arranged from Adelaide airport for guests on the Friday 5 May.

Arrival: Friday 5th

We’ll begin gathering from 1pm onwards in the Peppertree Bar for welcome drinks and canapés. This is an easy, relaxed start to the weekend; a chance to settle in, see familiar faces, and ease into the celebrations.

That evening, we’ll come together for a welcome dinner in the Wine Cellar at 6pm. Expect a warm, intimate setting and a beautiful way to kick things off ahead of the wedding day.

Wedding Day

On the day of the wedding, a light lunch will be available throughout the afternoon; wraps, rolls, sandwiches, and fresh fruit platters; so you can graze as you please while getting ready or enjoying the property. From there, we move into the main event.

Monday: Wind Down

We have the property until Tuesday, so Monday is yours to enjoy. Sleep in, spend the day by the pool, wander the grounds, or head out and explore the Barossa region. There’s no formal plan – just space to unwind and recover after the celebrations.

If you would like to arrange any activities or explore the Barossa more broadly, please let us know and we can have the venue staff assist in your plans.

IV Lounge

To keep us all feeling our very best we will be arranging an IV lounge for our onsite guests. If you would like to take part, please let us know your preferred day in the form below.

Food & Beverage

Food and drinks will be provided during each of the organised events (arrival lunch, welcome dinner, wedding day, recovery day).

Breakfast is provided each day.

Although we have nothing planned for Monday, the restaurant and bar will be open for lunch and dinner and there will be a tab available for guests to use.

The closest supermarkets is a 15 min drive, so if you would like snacks we suggest you ask your driver to stop at the supermarket on the way through a town.
